Fashion Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized styling advice to clients while driving sales for luxury and premium brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories that suit their style, preferences, and occasion.

Provide personalized styling and wardrobe consultation to enhance customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, luxury products, and brand collections.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained in the store.

Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting products effectively.

Coordinate with the store team to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail fashion, luxury, or premium brand sales.

Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and current industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Presentable, confident, and persuasive with strong product knowledge.

Flexibility to work in retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.

Experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is an added advantage.
