Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Styling

• Greet customers warmly and understand their preferences, body type, and styling needs.

• Provide personalised styling suggestions to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

• Assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and complete looks based on trends and occasions.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to explain fabric, fit, and features effectively.

Sales & Store Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.

• Support upselling and cross-selling to maximise average bill value.

• Maintain client relationships, ensure repeat business, and manage customer follow-ups.

• Assist with billing, exchange, and customer issue resolution.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

• Maintain the floor layout, product displays, and store ambience as per brand guidelines.

• Ensure the store is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

• Support seasonal VM changes, mannequin dressing, and product placements.

Inventory & Store Operations

• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and inventory counts.

• Ensure shrinkage control and proper handling of merchandise.

• Follow all store SOPs, grooming standards, and operational processes.
