Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Support upselling and cross-selling to maximise average bill value.
Maintain client relationships, ensure repeat business, and manage customer follow-ups.
Assist with billing, exchange, and customer issue resolution.

Maintain the floor layout, product displays, and store ambience as per brand guidelines.
Ensure the store is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
Support seasonal VM changes, mannequin dressing, and product placements.
