Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Fashion Consultant to join our couture team. This individual will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, building strong client relationships, and representing the brand with the highest standards of professionalism and style.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of high fashion and couture, has a refined sense of personal style, and thrives in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience reflective of the couture ethos.

• Provide expert styling advice and wardrobe solutions tailored to each client’s profile.

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.

• Proactively build and maintain a loyal clientele through CRM tools, styling sessions, and follow-ups.

• Host private appointments and couture fittings with discretion and professionalism.

Brand Representation

• Uphold brand values, aesthetic, and service excellence at all times.

• Stay up-to-date with seasonal collections, brand history, and craftsmanship techniques.

• Represent the brand at exclusive events, fashion shows, and trunk shows when required.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to an elevated store environment.

• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure brand storytelling through displays.

• Offer insights to management regarding client feedback, trends, and collection performance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in luxury fashion or couture retail.

• Deep understanding of fashion history, styling, textiles, and tailoring.

• Proven ability to cultivate high-value client relationships.

• Polished communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
