Job Title: Fashion Consultant
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per month depending on skills.
Job Type: Full-time, in person
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (public holidays and leaves are additional, as per company policy)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Fashion Consultant for a premium handcrafted fashion brand in Fort, Mumbai. You will be the face of the brand for our clients. You will guide them on what to wear, help them choose the right fit, and take care of them from the first visit to the final order. This is a client-facing role for someone who loves fashion and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with styling, sizing, customisation and occasion-based recommendations (weddings, festive wear, events and more)

• Manage client appointments, fittings and private viewings

• Maintain client records and follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and build loyalty

• Support bespoke and made-to-order orders, including taking measurements and coordinating the design

• Make sure visual merchandising in the store is neat and matches the brand’s premium positioning

• Handle order processing and billing, and coordinate with the production team so orders are delivered on time

This is a rare chance to learn the backend of a fashion business. The factory and the sales team work together, so you will get hands-on exposure to production, sourcing and workflow management as part of your daily work. You will not just sell, you will learn how the product is made.

• Freshers with a strong interest in fashion and good communication skills are welcome to apply

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Well-groomed, confident and comfortable dealing with clients

• Comfortable with basic billing and record keeping

• Able to work from Fort, Mumbai, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
