Emerge Stores is looking for a Fashion Consultant who is passionate about retail, customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and promoting products to ensure excellent shopping experiences. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹16000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store display.

• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.

• Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Support in daily store operations and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in retail sales.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing operations.

• Energetic, confident, and target-orientated personality.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
