We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Embroidery Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative embroidery designs, motifs, and production-ready embroidery files in line with market trends and customer requirements. The role involves developing embroidery concepts, digitizing designs, and coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate execution and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Create embroidery designs, motifs, placements, repeats, and artwork for garments and textile products.

• Develop design concepts based on market trends, customer requirements, and seasonal collections.

• Research embroidery techniques, fabrics, colors, and fashion trends.

• Prepare and edit embroidery files using Wilcom, WingsXP, and other design software.

• Perform embroidery digitizing, punching, stitch editing, and machine file preparation.

• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure proper execution of designs.

• Review embroidery samples and recommend modifications when required.

• Maintain design records, artwork libraries, and mood boards.

• Ensure designs meet quality standards, production feasibility, and customer specifications.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Embroidery Design, or a related field.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Wilcom, WingsXP, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar embroidery design software.

• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing, punching, stitch editing, sequencing, and machine file preparation.

• Strong creativity, color sense, and understanding of embroidery techniques and fabrics.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple design projects.
