We are looking for a Apparel Fashion Designer to join a reputed company in Noida to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires , developing new range , designing, pattern making, and creating new designs manually or using a computer following buyers tech packs or self made designs as per industry highlighted trends. Candidate must have experience of 5 to 10 years.The position offers a very decent package and opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects with reputed apparel industry ( Garment export houses).
Key Responsibilities:
Create design concepts, sketches and patterns.
Research current trends, fabrics and customer preferences.
Coordinate with sampling team for sample creation.
take leads in fittings, revisions and final approval of garments.
Maintain design documentation and mood boards.
Have knowledge about computer aided designing tools.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma or degree in Fashion designing. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important
