Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our stall fabrication and design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to support project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials such as wood, acrylic, lighting, printing, hardware, and custom fabrication elements.
• Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials on-site.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to understand material requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, quotations, bills, and delivery notes.
• Monitor inventory levels and update records accordingly.
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with project standards.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting procurement needs for upcoming exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the events, exhibitions, or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of materials used in fabrication, carpentry, and event setups.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
