Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our premium banquet venue. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent knowledge of banquet operations and high-end hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily banquet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Oversee event setup, decoration coordination, seating arrangements, housekeeping, and overall venue readiness.

• Coordinate with sales, catering, kitchen, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.

• Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and maintain discipline.

• Handle client requirements, guest complaints, and last-minute event changes professionally.

• Ensure weddings, corporate events, parties, and other functions run smoothly and on schedule.

• Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, and operational expenses.

• Conduct pre-event inspections and ensure all arrangements meet client expectations.

• Maintain operational checklists, staff schedules, and event reports.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and venue operating procedures.

• Work closely with management to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in banquet operations, hotels, or premium hospitality.

• Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple events and handle pressure during peak hours.

• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, discipline, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of banquet setup, event execution, housekeeping, and food service coordination.

• Professional personality with a customer-first approach.

Salary & Benefits
