Role Overview
You will be responsible for end-to-end event execution, team leadership, documentation,
delivery timelines, and on-ground accountability
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning: Create programs, manage logistics (transport, accommodation), and
maintain the event calendar.
Onsite Execution: Oversee setup/tear-down, registration, and safety compliance.
Coordination: Liaise with vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants.
Speakers: Manage communications, running orders, and rehearsals.
Technology & Materials: Handle event apps, inventory, branding, and materials.
Reporting & Feedback: Prepare incident reports, escalate security issues, and
collect/analyse participant feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Train team members, enhance event standards.
Key Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in corporate event operations
Strong accountability and ownership mindset
Sharp eye for detail with zero-error execution approach
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Organized personality with structured working style
Willingness to take full responsibility of delivery
Flexible for long working hours and late-night setups
Proven leadership skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Physically fit for on-ground execution
