Job Description

We are hiring an experienced General Manager for our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for overall hotel operations, staff management, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and daily administration. Must ensure smooth functioning of all departments including front office, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day hotel operations
Supervise staff and departments
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor bookings, occupancy, and revenue
Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Manage budgets, expenses, and reports
Recruit, train, and motivate staff
Ensure safety and legal compliance

Requirements:

Experience in hotel management preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving ability
Flexible for shifts and weekends
