✨ About the Role

Toss The Balloon is looking for an energetic and hardworking Balloon Decoration Helper to join our event décor team.

You will assist our decorators in setting up birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries and other celebrations across Bangalore.

No prior balloon decoration experience is required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. 🎈

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the balloon decorator during event setups

• Inflate and prepare balloons

• Help create balloon garlands, arches and basic décor

• Carry and organise décor materials and equipment

• Assist with backdrop and prop installation

• Help with transportation and loading/unloading of materials

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the venue

• Assist with dismantling after events

• Take care of company equipment and décor materials

• Follow instructions from the Event Manager and Senior Decorator

• Ensure the event setup is completed on time

Experience in balloon decoration, event setup, hospitality, wedding decoration or similar work will be an advantage.

💰 Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional event-day/performance incentives may be provided.
