Ground Coordinator

We are seeking a Ground Coordinator to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) to perform a range of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls, with digital promotions on social media.

We are looking for freshers only with a basic geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries, and with an ability to communicate in English through WhatsApp and Email, and the rest will be trained during the probationary period of 6 months.

It's an entry-level job for a newcomer in our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near the Sector 5 metro station. Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided there is no travel-related work pending or any tour movement.

The candidate should have strong geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries and be able to prepare and send emails & travel content on social media. The candidate must be between 22 and 35 years old, except for students. We don't recruit any students.

The starting remuneration, depending on your knowledge and experience, if any, is between ₹10,000 and ₹11000. After completing the training period, your salary will be determined based on your performance. There will also be opportunities for an increase in remuneration during the provisional period for exceptional performance.
