We are looking for a General Manager to join our team at Rishitha Grand to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and F&B; performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction scores and address escalated complaints.
• Manage annual budgets, P&L;, and cost control measures.
• Maintain compliance with legal, health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Represent the hotel at community events and tourism boards.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, performance appraisals, and team meetings
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
