- Oversee day-to-day hotel or resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and other operational departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue, occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, operating expenses, cost control, and financial performance.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise departmental heads and operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, service quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain service standards.
- Drive sales, marketing initiatives, corporate tie-ups, and business development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports, review KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
