We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor – Exhibition to oversee the installation, execution, and dismantling of exhibition stands and event setups. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site installation and dismantling of exhibition stands, booths, and event structures.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Allocate and manage site manpower, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
Monitor work progress and ensure installations are completed within project timelines.
Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, client specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
Enforce health, safety, and venue regulations at all times.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Liaise with venue management, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support final inspections, snagging, handover, and dismantling activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of experience supervising exhibition, event, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of exhibition stand installation, joinery, graphics, lighting, and finishing works.
Ability to read technical drawings and execute work according to specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and overnight shifts when required for exhibition schedules.
Valid driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
Experience working with exhibition organizers and venue regulations.
Strong coordination and team management abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety standards for exhibition and event sites.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting.
