1.Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders; draft and review emails, reports, and presentations.
3. Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for key meetings; ensure follow-ups are executed efficiently.
4. Assist in strategic projects related to real estate transactions, property management, and development initiatives.
5. Manage confidential records, reports, and legal documents related to real estate transactions while maintaining organizational efficiency.
6. Liaise with senior executives, clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the Director.
7. Handle office-related administrative tasks, including expense management, vendor coordination, and
8. event planning. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and execution of MD's directives.
