Urgent requirement events supervisor part time and full time delhi and ncr

Our growing company is hiring for an event supervisor. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities for event supervisor

Oversee & Verify set-up of each service area
Walk-through before each service shift to ensure proper perpetration
Collect, Review & Communicate client-specific notations for each event to relevant staff including Suite Servers, Suite Runner and other applicable staff
Communication liaison between Suite staff and Suite Kitchen including Sous Chef, Event Day Operators, Suite Servers, Suite Runners and other applicable staff
Actively partner with other supervisory staff to ensure effective distribution of product including beverage set-up, cold foods push, hot foods push & orders placed during the event
Oversee & Verify final bill collection & settlement by Suite Servers
Assign side-work & closing duties to suites staff as needed
Oversee & Verify accurate close out of service locations
Oversee & Verify accurate collection of restock information
Ensure completeness of work by self, Suite Servers, Suite Runners or other applicable staff before dismissal or end of all staff’s shifts

Qualifications for event supervisor

Experience facilitating meetings and/or speaking in a public setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Must have experience in dealing with ticketing issues and resolutions as it relates to guests
