Job Description

Plan and organize events, weddings, get togethers or corporate functions
Book venues and vendors as per requirement
Follow up with staffs and handle end-to-end management

Generate and manage new leads via cold calling, social media, referrals, and industry networking
Meet with clients (brides/grooms/families) to understand their wedding vision and requirements
Pitch personalized wedding solutions covering planning, dcor, hospitality, and logistics
Create compelling proposals, pricing structures, and presentation decks
Negotiate and convert leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring profitability
Coordinate with internal teams planning, design, production to ensure smooth execution
Maintain up-to-date client and deal info in CRM software
Stay abreast of industry trends, destination wedding venues, and evolving client preferences
Build long-term client relationships for repeat events and referrals
