Job Description

  1. Build partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, NGOs, Rotary/Lions Clubs, educational institutions, and community organizations.

2. Identify and onboard sponsors, vendors, venues, and other event partners.

3. Lead B2B negotiations and close commercial partnerships.

4. Manage the complete planning and operational readiness of events.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution.

6. Build and maintain a strong outreach pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

7. Take ownership of event planning from concept handover to successful execution.
