Event Organizer

Role Summary:

As a Party Host at Play ‘N’ Learn, you will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging birthday party experience for children and their families. You will manage the event from start to finish, including welcoming guests, facilitating activities, serving food, and ensuring a smooth celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them through the party schedule.

• Coordinate and lead birthday party activities and games.

• Ensure children's safety and engagement throughout the event.

• Liaise with parents to understand party expectations and special requests.

• Serve food, cut the cake, and manage gift distribution.

• Prepare and clean up party rooms before and after each event.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.

• Handle any on-ground concerns or emergencies promptly and politely.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage a group of children and engage them in activities.

• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.

• Presentable appearance and cheerful attitude.

• Weekend and holiday availability is a must.

• Prior experience in party hosting, hospitality, events, or play centers is preferred.
