We are looking for an Event Coordinator & Social Media Executive to join our team at M Star Events (Morning Star Event Organizers). The role involves coordinating events, handling customer communication, managing vendors, maintaining social media pages, and ensuring smooth event execution from planning to completion. This position offers hands-on experience in the event management industry along with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, photographers, caterers, and other service providers.
• Maintain event records, and update Excel sheets.
• Create and upload Instagram Reels, posts, and stories.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to customer messages.
• Visit event locations for planning, coordination, and supervision.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and support clients during events.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain client relationships.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and computer operations.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Reel creation.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to event sites as required.
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
