Event Organizer

Job Purpose

The Sports Arena Marshal is responsible for ensuring the safety, order, and smooth conduct of activities within the sports arena. This role involves supervising guests, monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, and assisting in the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor activities (go-karts, trampoline, zip line, play areas, etc.) to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to participants before activities.

Ensure all guests are wearing proper safety equipment (helmets, harnesses, pads, etc.).

Respond quickly to incidents, accidents, or rule violations, and provide first-level assistance.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned zones in the arena.

Guide and assist guests with queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Report equipment faults, hazards, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Support in crowd control during peak hours, events, or tournaments.

Perform daily safety checks and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.

Uphold the arena’s standards of professionalism, discipline, and customer service.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC (12th pass); Diploma or degree preferred.

Prior experience in sports, recreation, or amusement facilities is an advantage.

Good communication skills (local language + basic English).

Physically fit, energetic, and alert to handle fast-paced environments.

Ability to stay calm and act responsibly in emergency situations.

Customer-service-oriented, polite, and approachable.
