Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Event Coordinator cum Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.

• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all logistics are in place.

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

• Handle any issues that arise during events, resolving them promptly and efficiently.

• Submission of event expenses, vouchers, and vendor payments into a structured expense sheet.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the event planning process.

Skills:

• Previous experience in event coordination or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking skills and willingness to travel across India.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
