We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to drive registrations, sponsorships, and partnerships for our upcoming large-scale events. This person will play a key role in revenue generation, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
Drive event participant registrations (B2C / B2B)
Build and manage a sales funnel through cold calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and online campaigns
Generate sponsorship leads from corporates, educational institutions, and government bodies
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for execution
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients/partners
Maintain CRM and daily reporting of leads, calls, and conversions
Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, education, sports, or marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Fluent in Hindi and English
Basic digital proficiency (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Email, etc.)
