Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

• Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

• Understand client objectives and provide customized event and marketing solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Respond promptly to client queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

Event Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, conferences, meetings, and MICE projects.

• Oversee end-to-end execution from concept development to post-event follow-up.

• Work closely with Design, Production, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.

• Manage vendor coordination and artist bookings as required.

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure project profitability.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

• Implement innovative strategies to enhance client retention and service quality.

• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and winning concepts.

Required Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Business Development within the Events or MICE industry.

• Strong understanding of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential marketing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage and retain client relationships.

• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations (PowerPoint) and proposals.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Sound commercial understanding with experience managing budgets and profitability.

• It is a Full Time Event Management job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
