We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager cum Sales Executive to oversee event planning, execution, and sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event operations, generating business through sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and social events.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Manage on-ground event logistics including setup, registrations, and client servicing.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for events.
Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the event and hospitality sector.
Pitch event concepts and solutions to prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts, packages, and close deals.
