Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
• Develop original event concepts, themes, and creative solutions based on client briefs.
• Translate client objectives into engaging experiences, campaigns, and presentations.
• Generate innovative ideas that can be adapted across events, digital platforms, branding, and
experiential marketing.
• Lead and actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
Client Understanding & Collaboration
• Liaise with clients to understand business objectives, brand positioning, target audience, and
event expectations.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Refine creative solutions based on client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Research & Trend Analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, design innovations, technology,
entertainment, and experiential marketing.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure concepts are fresh, relevant, and differentiated from
competitors.
• Continuously explore new ideas, formats, and creative possibilities to enhance event
experiences.
Creative Execution
• Work closely with production, client servicing, design, and content teams to ensure concepts are
executed as envisioned.
• Ensure consistency of the creative vision throughout the planning and execution stages.
• Review creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
Team Collaboration
• Inspire and mentor junior creative team members by encouraging experimentation and
innovative thinking.
• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are openly shared and refined.
• Contribute positively to the overall creative culture of the agency.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Event Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a creative role within an event management company
• Experience in developing event concepts, pitch presentations, campaigns, and experiential
activations.
• Familiarity with presentation tools and creative software (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite,
Canva, Figma, or similar) is an advantage.
