We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager & Event Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role blends event management with strategic marketing, requiring both creative vision and logistical expertise.
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events (e.g., conferences, product launches, trade shows, internal events).
Manage event budgets, timelines, venues, vendors, and on-site staff.
Oversee event logistics, from catering and AV setup to registration and post-event wrap-up.
Ensure events align with brand standards and business objectives.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote events via email, social media, web, and media partnerships.
Create event marketing assets (e.g., flyers, digital banners, registration pages, social media content).
Collaborate with the content, PR, and digital teams to maximize event visibility and impact.
Track and analyze event marketing performance, ROI, and attendee engagement.
Proven experience in event management and marketing (3+ years preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience with event marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
