Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.

  • Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.

  • Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities for future projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
