📸 Sahajanand Studio is Rajkot’s leading photography & videography studio, capturing weddings, corporate events, and special occasions across Gujarat and India. In addition to photography and videography, we provide event management, catering services, tourism planning, product photography, and corporate shoots.

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, pre-wedding events, corporate functions, and social celebrations from start to finish.

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, budgets, and expectations.

• Manage vendors for decor, catering, logistics, travel & tourism packages, and entertainment.

• Coordinate with our photography, videography, and production teams to ensure seamless coverage of each event.

• Oversee on-site event operations including setup, schedules, and guest management.

• Handle contracts, invoices, and budgets for each event to ensure profitability.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and quality throughout the event process.

• Keep track of event trends and suggest innovative ideas for décor, themes, and experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years’ experience in event management, wedding planning, or hospitality coordination.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of vendor management, budgeting, and on-site event execution.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
