 Job Description – Event Management & Branding Production Executive (Entry Level) 

Position: Event Management & Branding Production Executive Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time (Entry Level) Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & knowledge) Age Requirement: 24 – 34 years 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, branding activations, and production activities. 

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth operations. 

• Handle on-ground event setup, branding installations, and logistical arrangements. 

• Support the team in client servicing and delivering event requirements within timelines. 

• Maintain and update production reports, cost sheets, and vendor lists in Excel. 

• Prepare and support presentations in PowerPoint for client pitches and internal planning. 

• Manage movement and delivery of branding/event materials across Kolkata. 

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with attention to detail and problem-solving. 

Requirements 

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass. 

Skills: 

• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint. 

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. 

Other Requirements: 

• Must be well-versed with Kolkata geography. 

• Should possess a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). 

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in event/branding/production preferred.
