We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing & Business Development Professional to join our Events Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing within the MICE/events industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while driving business growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end client interactions, identify new opportunities, and ensure flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored event and marketing solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure prompt responses to client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Event Management
Plan, manage, and coordinate events, conferences, meetings, and MICE projects.
Ensure seamless execution from concept to completion, including post-event follow-ups.
Collaborate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Manage vendor and artist bookings as required.
Monitor budgets and manage costs to ensure project profitability.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Develop and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
Innovate and implement strategies to improve client retention and service delivery.
Support the creation of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and create winning concepts.
Required Candidate Profile
4–9 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or business development within the events or MICE industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in client relationship management and retention.
Ability to create impactful presentations (PPT) and proposals.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
