Role: Sales Executive in Events

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll

CTC:  Maximum Rs 4.2 LPA with monthly CTC of Rs 35 KPM (Thousand Per Month) provided you fulfil all the competencies

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with proficiency in English Graduate in Hospitality or related field is preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Skills:

—   Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

—   Minimum three years of experience in sales/business development in weddings/events/hospitality.

—   Proficiency in Marwadi, Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with clients.

—   Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or the wedding industry (preferred).

—   Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to multitask, handle performance and drive campaign improvements

—   Strong local network in Udaipur / Rajasthan (advantage).

—   Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

—   Passion for weddings, creativity, and ability to connect with families.

—   Self-driven and target-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and local marketing.

• Meet prospective clients (families, corporates, event managers, hotels) and present wedding planning solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitality partners (resorts, hotels, banquets).

• Work closely with the operations and creative teams to understand offerings and align proposals with client needs.

• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of sales activity in CRM / MIS.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, wedding fairs, and networking events.

• It is a Full Time Event Management job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
