Position: Event Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, dealer meets, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and service providers for event arrangements.
Prepare event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
Manage event logistics, including travel, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
Develop event schedules and ensure timely completion of all activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders for smooth event execution.
Supervise on-site event operations and resolve issues promptly.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain event documentation, reports, and feedback records.
Evaluate event success and recommend improvements for future events.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in event management or event coordination.
Skills Required:
Kannada & English is must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Budgeting and cost control knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
Reporting To: Marketing Head.
