Job Description

We are looking for a Film Shoot Operations Supervisor / Executives to join our team at "PUNJAB FILM CITY" to coordinate Films shoot, Music Video Shoot and other photography shooting events from start to finish. The role involves guest management, on-ground coordination, safety of property / film sets and other props, shooting support and ensuring successful shoot execution. This position offers exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan event timelines, guest lists and logistics support.

  • Coordinate with other department like security, accounts & canteen.

  • Ensure smooth execution during events.

  • Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

Job Requirements:

The is no minimum qualification for this role but requires 2+ years of experience in Guest Management and Event Management. To qualify for this job opening you must have very good communication, multitasking ability & willingness to work around high profile actors, Large Film Crew, Prewedding shoot couples and VIP guests.
