Job Description

Exhicraft Ventures is looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences, and social events. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and ensure flawless event execution while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events from concept to completion.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.

Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling.

Ensure client satisfaction through seamless event delivery.

Handle last-minute challenges efficiently and maintain quality standards.

Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event performance.

Requirements:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management tools is an advantage.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirement
