Role Summary:

We're seeking a proactive and people-friendly Venue & Operations Manager to lead daily operations, vendor coordination, team supervision, and ensure seamless event execution. If you're someone with great leadership, hospitality instincts, and operational discipline—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations for events (setup to wrap-up)

Coordinate with decorators, caterers, and other vendors

Ensure venue upkeep—cleanliness, lighting, and guest readiness

Build strong relationships with clients and handle issues gracefully

Liaise with local authorities when needed (police, compliance, etc.)

Supervise support staff: housekeeping, security, kitchen, etc.

Handle event booking calendars and internal coordination

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or event operations

Strong leadership & communication skills

Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler

Local candidates (Lucknow & surrounding) preferred

Familiarity with local compliance and authority coordination

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,000
