Event Manager & Podcast Manager – Full Time Role

We are looking for a dynamic Event Manager & Podcast Manager to join our team at Bhilara Events Hub.

This role involves managing our community events as well as contributing to the launch and growth of our upcoming podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing events smoothly on ground

• Coordinating with participants, interns, and organizers

• Assisting with venue setup and overall event logistics

• Supporting marketing and promotional activities for events

• Contributing ideas and inputs for the podcast

• Helping manage podcast recordings and related coordination

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate with teams and manage people efficiently

• Interest in events, community building, and media/podcasts

Please note that events often run late into the night, so you should be comfortable working late hours and traveling at night.

Most events will take place in South Bangalore – Koramangala, Indiranagar, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, and HSR.

This is a full-time role and involves active on-ground involvement during events.
