We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Production Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate events, including conferences, product launches, team-building activities, and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale events for corporate clients, ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion. This role demands strong leadership, creativity, and logistical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end event production, including budgeting, vendor management, venue selection, and on-site coordination.

• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand event objectives and tailor productions to align with brand strategies.

• Manage teams of event staff, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.

• Handle technical aspects such as AV setup, lighting, staging, and multimedia integration.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, legal requirements, and sustainability standards.

• Evaluate event success through metrics like attendee feedback, ROI, and post-event reports.

• Travel as needed for site visits or multi-location events (primarily within Kolkata and surrounding areas).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years minimum in event production, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience with high-profile clients or large-scale events (e.g., 500+ attendees) is essential.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CMP, CSEP) are a plus.

• Skills:

• Expertise in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar).

• Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and teams.

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight for events.

• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate under constraints.

• Other Requirements: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event seasons. Prior experience in the Indian market, especially East India, is advantageous.
