Event Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Wedding Designer to join our event management company. The Wedding Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing beautiful and personalized wedding events that exceed clients' expectations. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and the event team to bring a couple's vision to life in a memorable and seamless manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their wedding day, including themes, colors, and overall style.

• Design Conceptualization: Develop customized design concepts for weddings, including venue layout, floral arrangements, décor, lighting, furniture, linens, and other design elements.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors such as florists, lighting specialists, furniture rental companies, and production teams to ensure design concepts are executed flawlessly.

• Budget Management: Work within budget constraints to ensure the wedding design meets the clients' vision without exceeding the set financial plan.

• Event Styling: Source, design, and create or order unique wedding décor, including centerpieces, backdrops, aisle designs, table settings, and other custom elements.

• On-site Execution: Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding décor on the event day, ensuring that the design vision is executed accurately.

• Timeline Management: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure all design elements are in place and timelines are followed for smooth event flow.

• Trends Research: Stay current with wedding design trends, new décor ideas, and innovative design techniques to keep the company’s offerings fresh and exciting.

• It is a Full Time Event Management job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
