Event Coordinator

We are looking for a Event Coordinator to join our team at Tashipta Events & Entertainment Private Limited to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 (Depending on interview) and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Teardown - Load, assemble, and dismantle stages, seating, booths, and audio-visual gear.

• Venue Cleanliness & Maintenance
  Safety & Crowd Control

• Inventory & Equipment Management

• Flexible availability - willing to work nights, weekends, and travel to venues.
