Event Coordinator

We are looking for a Event Coordinator to join our team at Talent Ghar Business Services to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000+ 200 fooding + 400 stay and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.

• Ensure smooth execution during events.

• Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

• Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

• Candidates are required to go out of Station.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
