Job Description

Job Title: Guest Service Associate (Female)

Location: kopa mall, koregaon park, pune

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

Rotational shifts
9-hour duty
1 weekly off (weekday)
Weekends and public holidays are working days

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with a professional attitude
Handle VIP and high-profile guests
Coordinate events and guest activities
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Assist in game operations and guest engagement
Support day-to-day guest operations
Promote activities and services when required

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle pressure and solve problems
