Orange Events & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Event Production Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector-59, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish.

• Manage vendors and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Oversee on-ground site management and event execution.

• Handle logistics planning and coordination.

• Maintain timelines and ensure deliverables under tight schedules.

• Use MS Office and other tools for planning, documentation, and reporting.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in event management or related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Computer proficiency with MS Office.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Location: Sector-59, Noida

• Working Days: 6 days/week

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
