Key Responsibilities
1. On-Site Coordination & Client Relations
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site during event setup, ensuring their vision is executed perfectly and they are completely satisfied.
Professional Communication: Clearly communicate with clients, venue managers, and event planners to align on setup timelines and requirements.
On-Site Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential setup issues and tackle technical or logistical problems on the fly with a calm, solution-oriented attitude.
2. Team & Labor Management
Crew Leadership: Manage, schedule, and direct on-site lighting technicians and laborers during setup, live events, and teardowns.
Efficiency & Quality Control: Ensure the crew works efficiently, adheres to safety standards, and delivers a clean, high-quality lighting setup.
Labor Relations: Look after the welfare of the crew while maintaining strict accountability and professional discipline on-site.
3. Inventory & Asset Management
Inventory Control: Track, organize, and manage the company’s inventory of professional lighting fixtures, cabling, rigging, and truss systems.
In/Out Logistics: Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all gear leaving the warehouse matches the event order and returns safely without damage or loss.
Maintenance Coordination: Identify broken or malfunctioning equipment and flag it for repair or maintenance immediately.
4. Office & Internal Coordination
Cross-Department Synergy: Coordinate closely with the office and warehouse for internal work.
Reporting: Provide post-event updates regarding crew performance, client feedback, inventory status, and any on-site incidents.
