The ideal candidate will ensure every journey runs smoothly—from customer booking to on-ground coordination—while delivering exceptional travel experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel and adventure.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute treks, trips, and backpacking tours as per company standards.Manage end-to-end logistics — transportation, accommodation, meals, permissions, and local coordination.Communicate with customers before, during, and after the trip to ensure smooth experiences.Handle checklists, registrations, and participant safety during trips.Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and business development teams for trip planning and execution.Maintain good relationships with vendors, drivers, guides, and local partners.Manage on-ground issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.Collect feedback and prepare post-trip reports for improvement.Assist in social media promotions and trip updates when required.Requirements:Experience in trip coordination, event management, or operations (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Willingness to travel frequently and handle field operations.Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and leadership qualities.Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or related field (preferred).Skills Required:Trip execution and planningCustomer handling & hospitalityTeam coordination & communicationComputer proficiencyCrisis management & adaptabilityTime management and attention to detail
