Job Description:
Plan, organize, and execute recruitment-related events and client meetings.
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling and logistics.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Prepare event materials, maintain schedules, and manage follow-ups.
Support the recruitment team in organizing overseas and domestic client interviews.
Maintain event reports and ensure timely completion of all assigned activities.
