Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Plan and execute awareness, fundraising, and community engagement events aligned with the NGO’s mission.
Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
Collaborate with the social media team to promote events and manage live coverage.
Create and manage event budgets while ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on event outcomes, expenses, and impact.
Identify and secure venues, resources, and necessary permissions for successful event execution.
Support in building partnerships and engaging sponsors to enhance event reach and sustainability.
