Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
Hall Correspondence Works
Coordinate and Communicate with Exhibitors
Good Communication Skills (Mandatory)
Computer Skills (Mandatory)
Email and Whatsapp Communication
Time Management
Coordinate all event day activities, ensuring smooth operation from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
+2 (Intermediate) is mandatory
Minimum of [0-2] years of experience in event coordination or related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
Knowledge of event trends and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as events may require.
Preferred Skills:
Good Communicating Skills
Good Computer Skills (E-mail, Excel, Word)
